Job Candidates: We share Personal Information with our Employer Customers or Prospective Employer Customers to consider the job candidate as a new staff member or be able to be considered for an interview or start an assignment.

Employer Customers or Prospective Employer Customers: we must share employment related qualifications and employment information with Employer Customers or Prospective Employer Customers to evaluate prospective candidates experience and skills. We also must send timecard information of the hours Job Candidates work to gain approval from Employer Customers.

Service Partners: We may share personal information with our service provides that support the business functions of Skiltrek such as Backoffice partners, banks, technology automation partners, candidate applicant tracking systems, background checking partners, video interviewing partners, and reference checking partners.
